(“Manufacturer”) provides a warranty for each Sonny Power Co. branded Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery (“Battery”) sold by Sonny Power Co. or any authorized distributors or dealers. This warranty guarantees the Battery is free from manufacturer defects for a period of 8 years (“Warranty Period”) from the date of purchase, as evidenced by the buyer’s sales receipt.

Registration and Prorated Coverage To qualify for full warranty benefits, buyers must register their Battery at https://sonnypower.com/product-registration/ within 60 days of purchase. Batteries not registered within this timeframe will be covered for one (1) year from the purchase date, as shown on the proof of purchase. Prorated Warranty Coverage During the first thirty-six (36) months of the Warranty Period, subject to exclusions listed below, if the Battery is found defective in material or workmanship, Sonny Power Co. will, at its discretion, provide credit, replacement, or repair of the Battery and/or its components. Beyond thirty-six (36) months, if the Battery is deemed defective in material or workmanship, Sonny Power Co. will repair or replace the Battery on a prorated basis.
