Order Processing and Shipping Times

 

Orders are processed upon receipt. The actual shipping time depends on the availability of products and payment verification. All Sonny Power Co. lithium-iron batteries and electrical products are tested before shipping. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Please contact Sonny Power Co. customer service for an estimated shipping timeline. If there is a delay in shipment, we will make every effort to inform the customer via phone. In case of a backorder, customers will have the option to stay on backorder, choose a substitute item, or cancel the order.

Shipping Methods and Rates

 

Our shipping department evaluates each order to determine the most practical shipping method. Shipping charges are based on the carrier used for the shipment.

International Shipments

 

For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping fees from the Freight Forwarder, as well as any duties, customs/import fees, value-added taxes, and other applicable charges. Please note that some countries and regions may have restrictions on shipping lithium-iron batteries of this size. If you wish to have lithium-iron batteries shipped outside the continental US, please contact Sonny Power Co. customer service to verify shipping options and availability for your location.

Less Than Load (LTL) Freight Shipping

For orders requiring LTL freight shipping, additional fees may apply. Deliveries to a business address without a dock or forklift will incur a “lift gate” handling fee. Deliveries to a residential address will also include a “residential” and “lift gate” handling fee.

Some LTL freight companies may only deliver to the curb of the residence. As lithium-iron batteries are classified as hazardous materials, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect the products for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is discovered after signing, contact the freight carrier immediately to ensure an insurance claim can be filed.
